In this video we’ll explain how to know if any of the items are on back-order/out of stock and when the expected shipping date is.
When you’re on the product page, select your desired size and if the item is on backorder, you’ll see a message scrolls down that states when we’ll be shipping this particular item and below the message the product availability status would change to “Available on backorder”.
All orders typically ship within 1 business day (1-3 business days during Covid-19 pandemic). By default, we ship all orders once they’re complete but if you need in-stock items to be shipped separately, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
All orders ship from Ohio, USA and typical standard shipping time is 2-4 business days.
