FAQ:

Q: What improvements have you made to these shorts? How different are they from the rest of the shorts?

A: We’ve implemented 4 improvements to these shorts, per majority of our clients’ requests:

1. Slightly increased the thickness of the fabric. Very similar fabric is used, which is very soft to the touch, but a little thicker: Medium Thickness fabric is used for these shorts.
2. Added elastic waistband. These shorts now stretch by ~ 2-3 inches at the waistline.
3. Made them slightly roomier in the crotch and leg area for a more comfortable fit.
4. Added silicone non-slip strip inside of the waistline. It will help to keep shirts tucked in.

Q: Are they true to their size:

A: Yes; however, if for any reason they don’t fit you well, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label and will gladly exchange to the desired size. If you typically wear 32, order 32. If you’re in between sizes, order the larger size. In addition, these shorts stretch up to 2-3 inches at the waistline.

Q: Where are they shipped from and where do I send them if I decide to return/exchange?

A: They’re shipped from our warehouse in Ohio, USA. Returns will be sent to Ohio as well.

Q: When will you ship these shorts?

A: They’ll be shipped within 1-3 business days from Ohio

Q: How long is the shipping?

A: Standard US shipping usually takes 2-4 days. International shipping usually takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks.

Q: What’s the material used to make these shorts?

A: ~ 90% fine polyester blend / 10% Spandex. They’re slightly stretchable. The waistline is elastic as well and can stretch ~ 2-3 inches. The material feels very soft to the touch. Medium thickness fabric, perfectly designed for warmer weather.

Q: What’s your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

A: You can return within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. We’ll pay for shipping charges both ways. You’ll receive 100% of your money. If you choose to exchange, you can do it within 60 days. If you’re unhappy, we’re unhappy and will make it very easy for you to return our products for a refund.
