Standard Shipping Time: 2-4 business days after order shipped (depends on your shipping destination)
Average Shipping times to East Coast: ~2 business days
Mid-States: 2-3 business days
West Coast: 2-4 business days
(These are average and typical delivery times. Delivery times during Black Friday or some holidays such as Christmas might be a little longer)

SHIPPING COSTS:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders of $100+ (delivery time ~ 2-4 business days after shipped)
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (delivery time ~ 2-4 business days after shipped)
- 2-Days Expedited Shipping: $29 (delivery time 2 business days after shipped)
- Overnight/Next Business Day Expedited Shipping: $45 (delivery time 1 business day after shipped)

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP (assuming you didn't order items that are out of stock or on back-order):
- Mondays' orders typically ship on Tuesday
- Tuesdays' orders typically ship on Wednesday
- Wednesdays' orders typically ship on Thursday
- Thursday orders typically ship on Friday
- Fridays'/Saturdays'/Sundays' orders typically ship on Monday/Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday, your order would ship on Tuesday/Wednesday)
We ship all orders Monday - Friday (we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays)

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

We'll provide you with the pre-paid shipping label (for US orders).
Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES:
We'll exchange any of the items within 60 days at our expense (we'll pay for shipping both ways for US orders). Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.
