We typically ship within 1-2 business days from Ohio, USA (shipping times might be longer during holidays and sales events)

West Coast: 2-4 business days

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP (assuming you didn't order items that are out of stock or on back-order):
- Mondays' orders typically ship on Tuesday
- Tuesdays' orders typically ship on Wednesday
- Wednesdays' orders typically ship on Thursday
- Thursday orders typically ship on Friday

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

We'll provide you with the pre-paid shipping label.
Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES:
We'll exchange any of the items within 60 days at our expense (we'll pay for shipping both ways for US orders). Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
- Delivery times: varies greatly: ~ 1 week to 1 month but we typically see most orders being delivered within 2 weeks
